The AWS National Conference is open to AWS members.  Existing members will be asked to log in so that you can access the registration form.  It is highly recommended that you make sure your login ID and password work by logging in before August 10.  If you have any problems or need a password reset, please contact the AWS National Office at executivedirector@americanwinesociety.org or at 888-297-9070.  Don't wait until August 10 to make sure you can log in.

If you are not a current AWS member, you can log in as a guest but you will be required to join AWS as part of the registration process.

 Due to the capacity of the session rooms, attendance will be limited to the first 500 people who register.  Please register early to get the sessions you prefer.

We are pleased to offer the room rate of $135 (single or double occupancy) for the conference this year.

The Hyatt is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati and all activities will be inside the hotel.  It’s an absolutely beautiful facility that will make a great conference location.   They offered a room rate that is lower than 2008 or 2009, low parking rates and it’s a short shuttle ride from the Cincinnati Airport (CVG). NOTE:  As with our conferences in 2008 and 2009, please remember that there is a one night, non-refundable deposit required for booking in the AWS conference rate.
